Are the artworks original, and how do I know they're authentic?

Every original is one-of-a-kind — hand-painted and hand-signed by Jasmine Sedani — and arrives with a signed Certificate of Authenticity noting its title, medium, dimensions, and year. Reproductions are always clearly labeled as fine-art prints, never sold as originals. Once an original finds its home it's marked “Collected” and never reprinted as an original.
How are pieces packed, shipped, and insured?

Each work is wrapped in archival materials and shipped fully insured and tracked. Domestic originals typically ship within 5–10 business days; larger works may be crated. International shipping and white-glove delivery for large originals are available on request — just email for a quote. Reproduction prints are made to order and ship separately.
How do I care for my piece?

Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight and humidity, dust gently with a dry, soft cloth, and avoid cleaning sprays. Framed and gallery-wrapped works arrive ready to hang; mixed-media pieces with gemstones or mirrors simply need gentle handling. With this basic care, your piece will hold its color and brilliance for generations.
Do you accept commissions, and what is your return policy?

Yes — commissions begin with a conversation about your space, palette, and the feeling you want to live with, followed by a proposal, a deposit to reserve studio time, and progress updates along the way; start through the Services page or the Contact form. Every order is packed with great care — if a piece arrives damaged, email within 7 days with photos of the artwork and packaging and we'll make it right. Originals and commissions are final sale, and made-to-order prints are non-returnable. Full terms appear at checkout.
